As the owner and principal broker of McKenzie Insurance Solutions, LLC, Jennifer McKenzie is involved in all aspects of company operations including sales, client management, and business development. Jennifer started working in corporate HR while attending college at age 18. She was exposed to all aspects of human resources including employee relations, benefit management, HRIS management and recruiting. After several years, her experience led her to a top Silicon Valley start-up as a Benefit Administrator and HRIS Specialist supporting over 5000 employees. In 2007 she shifted to the broker side of health insurance for a local firm as Director of Account Services and soon became a licensed agent. Jennifer was an integral part in the firm’s growth, including an increased client base, improving marketing strategies and raising the bar on value-add services. This hands-on experience and responsibility led to her to branch out on her own with McKenzie Insurance Solutions, LLC.
