Harrassment Prevention Training

In the wake of the #MeToo movement, new anti-harassment laws have been passed in several states. In 2018, California passed Senate Bill 1343 requiring employers with five or more employees to provide sexual harassment training and education to both supervisors and nonsupervisory staff. One of the biggest changes with this new law, is the scope of who must be trained. Previous legislation only applied to employers with 50 or more workers and required them to train only supervisors, not all employees.
